Redfern

This job was a complete strip out and refurbishment of a 1920’s terrace house in Redfern. The project included an upstairs addition of a bedroom and a study to the rear of the house. Also an addition of a large upstairs bathroom including a bath tub and separate shower, marble floor and wall tiles, and high quality fixtures. New roof to all new rear rooms was also required.

Surry Hills

This was a renovation of a 3 story exclusive apartment in Surry Hills. Work here included removal of 2 existing bathrooms and a kitchen, as well as all the fittings and fixtures.

Double Bay

This was originally and early 1900’2 well worn 3 bedroom double brick home. This home was completely stripped out and the footprint of the house was increased to allow the dwelling to accommodate a new 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom architecturally designed home. Including an open plan kitchen, formal dining, study, powder room, two separate living areas and a cellar.

Vaucluse

A beautiful 5-bedroom older style home with spectacular harbour views. This job entailed a complete strip out and then a refit of 3 bathrooms, the kitchen, laundry, windows and French doors throughout.

All the hardwood flooring was removed and then re-laid throughout the house.

Surry Street

This was a 1900’s style dilapidated terrace house. This job entailed a complete strip out and rebuild of all the internal elements, we then created a beautifully architecturally designed home.
